Professor Montana State University

Blake Wiedenheft is a leading CRISPR researcher focused on bacterial immunity and virus defense mechanisms. He earned his Ph.D. at Montana State University and completed postdoctoral work in Jennifer Doudna’s lab at UC Berkeley. His lab also developed CRISPR-based diagnostics during the COVID-19 pandemic.
